The analysis of free texts is usually time and cost intensive. Potentially revealing text data is therefore often underused. The Hamburg-based start-up Cauliflower has recognised the problem and worked on its own tool. The founders, Lukas Waidelich and Gianluca-Daniele Speranza, want to help companies gain insights from text data even without in-depth data science knowledge.
